Charlie Sheen’s Beverly Hills Party Pad Now On the Rental Market
David M. Benett/Dave Benett/Getty Images; realtor.comWhen it comes to selling his Mulholland Estates mansion, Charlie Sheen isn’t “winning” yet.
The Beverly Hills, CA, home found no buyers earlier this year, so the former “Two and a Half Men” actor put it on the rental market for $43,000 a month.
When it comes to Hollywood pedigree, it’s hard to match this epic party pad. The homeowner is a second-generation acting heavyweight, and the home is located in one of the most star-studded neighborhoods in SoCal.
And remember Sheen’s girlfriends? “The goddesses” lived in this house!
In February—when the seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom, 9,000-square-foot, Mediterranean-style mansion went on the market for $9.9 million—we noted that the home’s most notable features reflect its notorious owner.
It’s clearly seen some epic parties, with its roomy yard with two pools, a gazebo and full bar, and the top-of-the-line Creston movie theater. There’s also the extensive master suite with a dumbwaiter connected to the kitchen, another screening room, wet bar, neon signage, and cigarette machine.

He also owned two other homes in the gated Mulholland Estates neighborhood, which he sold. (According to Variety, one of the homes was later purchased by model and reality TV star Kendall Jenner.) Famous neighbors in the exclusive enclave include Paris Hilton, Vanna White, and DJ Khaled.
Since he announced he was HIV-positive in 2015, Sheen’s assumed a much lower profile, recently choosing to focus on a documentary called “Brothers in Arms” about the making of “Platoon.”
Will the actor be able to find a deep-pocketed renter to take up residence in one of the world’s most famous party pads? We’d hate to think his winning streak was over.
